Okay so to be honest with you all, the only way I stay connect with the fashion industry these days is through Style Bubble, which is my all time favourite blog for many reasons. It is the only subscription email I open up with anticipation. 9/10 I am blown away with the content Susie posts. It pains me to know that I could have introduced myself to her at Manning Cartell's S/S 2012 show at the Sydney MBFWA but at that stage I hadn't fully appreciated her blogging style and aesthetic.

So with that being said, I have done the good ol copy+paste exposure post via Style Bubble which may come across as pointless as you would have seen it from her blog but I-don't-care-I-want-this-content-on-my-fucking-blog-okay?

But before we get onto that, I am selling ALOT of clothes via my instagram @shoplepearl so please check out the Valentino, vintage, FCUK, Bally, Salvatore Ferragamo, Black Milk and so much more.

I am just amazed at the unity between the graphic elements in this Electromancer campaign and the fashion subject. The use of transparent graphics layered over the original image has been done superbly and as a graphic/textile student with an obsession with layering and digital collage you can see how much of a big deal this is for me visually.

Visuals aside these shoe designs are not to be taken lightly, for example the iridescent oxfords have made an appearance in Hussein Chalayan's archive in the past year or two, but of course are at a much more affordable price range with Miista and I can see majority of the fashion community investing in at least one iridescent item (most likely an accessory) over the next couple of seasons. Check out Miista's creative approach and background research behind their collection here.

Well my dears I am very excited to begin constructing iridescent clutches, pouches and purses over the next few weeks.
