Okay so I am a little late to post, but here are my highlights at this year's NYFW fall.

Karen Walker was a huge favourite, as well was Milly for the use of iridescent (GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT).

J-Scott's collection was boldly rad BUT he is now caught up in a huge (and obvious) plagiarism accusation for the goofy-stoner artwork used. All I can say is good luck man, you will need it. How about you stick to making the clothes and collaborate with the artists/give them credit next time.

Out of all the live streams I was most excited for Proenza Schouler, and made sure I allocated time to see the collection in its entirety. The leather accessories had me drooling: ostrich leather envelope designs thick bases/gussets for a solid full-palm grip, perfect and so luxurious.

Phillip Lim's mustard-tan shin covering leather boots are fantastic and I can see a huge trend erupting from this soon, or at least I hope (perhaps time for a DIY?).

Diesel ticked all the right punk boxes with stud frenzy, I always welcome studs.

What were your highlights? x
